    Key Responsibilities:

  • Website & Operations Executive
    Job Description:

    Role Overview



    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Website & Operations Executive to manage and maintain the Shopify website while supporting both B2B and B2C operations. This role bridges digital storefront management with backend operations, ensuring a seamless online customer experience, efficient vendor coordination, and smooth day-to-day workflows.



    Key Responsibilities




    • Manage and update the Shopify website with new products, banners, seasonal offers, and images on a weekly basis.

    • Upload and maintain accurate product information (descriptions, pricing, SKUs, stock availability).

    • Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for timely promotions and campaign updates.

    • Execute and monitor online offers, discounts, and campaigns.

    • Collaborate with operations for stock management, order fulfillment, and dispatch tracking.

    • Handle B2B & B2C client coordination, including vendor management, bulk orders, and partnerships.

    • Monitor website sales performance and share weekly/monthly reports with the management team.

    • Troubleshoot basic Shopify backend issues and liaise with developers for advanced technical support.



    Requirements




    • Prior experience in managing Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.

The candidate should lead quality systems, coordinate with design, production, and regulatory teams, and drive continuous improvement in packaging innovation, product safety, and compliance.



    Roles & Responsibilities:




    • Oversee end-to-end quality control processes in food production and packaging.

    • Develop and review food packaging boxes and labels ensuring durability, safety, and compliance.

    • Ensure packaging design aligns with branding, shelf-life requirements, and market regulations.

    • Implement and monitor food safety standards as per FSSAI, FDA, EU, and other country-specific policies.

    • Collaborate with design teams to create packaging and labels that meet regulatory and customer requirements.
