Refund Policy
Our refund policy lasts 36 hours. If, within 36 hours of purchase, you find any defects or damage in the product, please contact the store number from which the item was purchased. Alternatively, please reach out to us through the Contact Us form on our website.
If 36 hours have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. For items with same-day shelf life, complaints regarding defects or damage must be registered on the same day.
To verify a claim of defect or damage, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send us a copy of your bill or online order ID, along with relevant images or videos of the defective product. If the claim cannot be verified through images, please bring the item to the store of purchase.
We will not offer a refund or replacement if the taste or appearance of an item does not appeal to you, provided there is no damage or defect in the product. Our garnishes, recipes, product sizes, and packaging may change from time to time, and we are not obligated to post or communicate such updates verbally or through any digital or print platform.
No refunds or replacements will be offered for orders or products that are not collected on the date for which the booking was made.
For delivery orders, if you are unavailable at the delivery location, if our agent is unable to contact you after repeated attempts, or if an incorrect location has been mapped for delivery, your order will be cancelled and no refund will be processed.
Please ensure that all order details are confirmed at the time of booking, including contact details, date and time of pickup, quantities, flavours, and store location.
If your order has not been collected on the booked date, it cannot be collected on a later date unless a formal request has been accepted by our team via email or SMS. If the items are past their use-by date, they will not be handed over even if a request for pickup rescheduling is made.
Refunds, If Applicable
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email or phone that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5–7 working days.
Partial refunds may be made in cases where a certain item is unavailable during order processing or completion of delivery. Replacements may be made, with your consent and interest, for an item of the same value.
Partial refunds may also be made for returns of some billed items, subject to the conditions of this Return Policy.
